About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting sales team members with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and maintaining CRM data.

  • Observing sales calls and meetings to gain insights into the sales process and customer interactions.

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, or referrals.

  • Engaging with leads through phone calls or emails to understand their needs and present product solutions.

  • Drafting proposals and preparing sales agreements.

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and following up after sales to ensure ongoing relationships.

  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer accounts.

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives.

  • Handling basic customer inquiries and objections to overcome challenges and build rapport.

  • Participating in product training and market research to develop product knowledge and industry awareness.

  • Conducting competitive analysis and identifying potential leads for the sales team.

  • Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to track performance and identify trends.

What We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge of B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of Industry concepts and applications.

  • Excellent communication, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Data-driven approach to sales and a passion for exceeding expectations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong motivation and a results-oriented approach

  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to use AI tools (a plus)

  • Technical knowledge of relevant Industry 4.0 solutions, AI and Data Analytics (a plus)

  • Ability to travel (may be required)

MBA Grads/Final year students
